We are seeking Customer Service Representatives
to join our growing team!
As a Customer Service Representative with Petro, you will manage inbound and outbound customer service calls from an established customer base; answer questions and provide consultation as appropriate on price, service plan and billing issues; and handle elevated calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Responsibilities will include:
* Answering inbound requests for service and delivery.
* Negotiating customer prices, service plan payments and billing issues consistent with specified company guidelines.
* Conducting outbound calls with a focus on customer retention.
* Ensuring timely customer follow-up on all inquiries and e-mails.
* Maintaining updated customer information utilizing internal computerized CRM system.
Requirements
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to communicate with courtesy, yet urgency to achieve customer satisfaction
* Professional phone manner and presence
* Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully, develop alternative solutions, and take decisive action
* High energy, self-motivated, and quick thinking
* Ability to learn and explain features, benefits and technical aspects of our product line
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Ability to keep calm in stressful situations and work well under pressure
* Ability to work in a structured environment and to work as part of a team
* Ability to work independently towards a common team goal
* Flexibility and ability to adjust and succeed in a rapidly changing fast paced environment
* Ability to work the desired days and hours, and have the ability and willingness to work additional hours when necessary based on workload and volume
* Shift will need to include working a Saturday or Sunday
