Large Iowa City independent insurance agency is looking for a talented individual to join our staff as a full time Financial Services Customer Service Agent.
Emphasis for this position is on employer group sponsored benefit plan as well as individual products including health insurance, disability, and life insurance.
Responsibilities include preparing renewal presentations, quote presentations, contacting carriers regarding quoting and renewal process, advising clients regarding benefit options and tools, assisting sales staff and clients with customer service, meeting with clients regarding individual insurance needs.
This candidate will work closely with internal sales staff as well as a variety of clients and insurance carriers.
Strong computer skills desired. Previous insurance experience preferred but will train the right candidate.
